A disused shop and HMO were converted into Oxford City long-term let properties

This project transformed a former shop and HMO in Oxford City into high‑quality long‑term serviced lets. The existing building had become disjointed through years of piecemeal alteration, so the design centred on creating coherent, well‑planned accommodation with a clear architectural identity.

The internal layout was completely reconfigured to form generous studio and one‑bed units, each with improved natural light, acoustic separation and contemporary finishes. Thoughtful interventions allowed the building to retain its urban character while delivering a markedly higher standard of living space.
